Dolce & Gabbana never ceases to amaze us, from one collection to the other, and what struck us most about this season’s runway was the inspiration behind it all.

The speaker Derek Allen presented the Fall-Winter 19-20 show; he described each item of clothing that walked down the runway. The collection consisted of 127 looks and was dedicated to the feminine elegance, sophisticated and timeless; inspired by the likes of masterpieces of Italian art such as Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Botticelli.

The show included a variety of themes from sleepwear, leopard and flower prints, to tailored pieces and, of course, a bridal finale; we were also introduced to the fresh asymmetric silhouettes featured throughout the show.
