The latest from Louis Vuitton is the perfect fusion of old and new. The Louis Vuitton Cruise 2018 collection, now in store, draws inspiration from Japan.

We first saw the collection on the runway in Kyoto back in May, where Nicolas Ghesquiére undoubtedly outdid himself. The collection, a riveting homage to Japanese culture, presented the Japanese kabuki iconically reimagined by Kansai Yamamoto, the Japanese designer famous for dressing none other than David Bowie. The classic Louis Vuitton monogram print was also revisited in the collection, to create an adorably bento box-inspired mini bag.
